How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, choose "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a 6-digit verification code to reset your password securely.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in and go to Settings, then Account & Security, then Delete Account. You can export your data first. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
What are Opti Points?
Opti Points are an in-app currency. You earn them by using OptiAI, for example by logging activity and completing tasks, and you can also buy them in bundles (through the App Store, Google Play or our website). You spend them on extra AI and on add-ons such as additional bank connections. Points are not cash, have no monetary value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for money. Purchased Points expire one year after purchase.
Is OptiAI free?
Yes. Every account gets Full Access: every module, free forever, with no credit card. Only AI is paid: free accounts get a daily AI allowance, and the paid plan gives you more AI.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We use encryption, row-level security policies and secure authentication, and your data is never sold to third parties. See the Privacy Policy for details.
How do I enable multi-factor authentication?
Sign in and go to Settings, then Account & Security, and enable multi-factor authentication. You will need an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy to generate login codes.
What languages are supported?
OptiAI supports 11 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese (Simplified), Arabic, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and Italian. Change your language with the language selector in the app header or on the sign-in page.

OptiAI is a family and household organizer with an AI assistant that acts: a shared family calendar, tasks and routines, shopping list and meal planner, budgeting, health, childcare, pets, a Home Map, a Document Vault and Kids' Money in one app. Ask Opti adds and updates all of it from a chat message, voice note or photo, in the app or in WhatsApp and Telegram, and always confirms before saving.
